Radish Pico de Gallo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (approximately 4–6) radishes, finely chopped
02 - 1/2 red onion, diced
03 - 2 spring onions, diced
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
06 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
07 - 1/2 jalapeño, finely diced (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Place the radishes, red onion, spring onions, salt, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using) into a mixing bowl.
02 - Mix all components thoroughly to blend flavours. Taste and adjust with additional salt or lime juice if desired.
03 - Cover and refrigerate until serving, ensuring freshness for up to one week.

# Notes:

01 - For milder heat, remove the jalapeño seeds and membrane before dicing.
