# Ingredients:

1 cup (approximately 4–6) radishes, finely chopped

1/2 red onion, diced

2 spring onions, diced

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
# Instructions:

Place the radishes, red onion, spring onions, salt, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using) into a mixing bowl.

Mix all components thoroughly to blend flavours. Taste and adjust with additional salt or lime juice if desired.

Cover and refrigerate until serving, ensuring freshness for up to one week.

For milder heat, remove the jalapeño seeds and membrane before dicing.
