Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 eggs.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons red food coloring.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour.
08 - 3 tablespoons cocoa powder.
09 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
10 - 1 egg (for cream cheese swirl).
11 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for cream cheese swirl).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk melted butter and sugar until glossy. Add eggs and whisk until foamy (about 2 minutes).
03 - Stir in vanilla and red food coloring until evenly distributed.
04 - Mix in flour, cocoa powder and salt until no flour streaks remain.
05 - Mix cream cheese, egg, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
06 - Pour brownie batter in pan. Drop cream cheese mixture in dollops and swirl with knife.
07 - Bake 30-35 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
