→ For the Garlic Cream Sauce

08 - Unsalted butter - 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick)
09 - Heavy cream - 1/4 cup
10 - Fresh garlic - 2 tablespoons, minced
11 - Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, minced
12 - Kosher salt - 1/4 teaspoon
13 - Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your air fryer to 390°F and give the basket a quick spray with cooking spray.
02 - Pat your salmon fillets dry, then cut them into bite-sized 1-inch cubes.
03 - Mix olive oil, fresh lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss your salmon pieces in this mixture until well coated.
04 - Working in batches, lay your salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until they reach 140-145°F inside.
05 - While salmon cooks, melt butter in a saucepan with heavy cream, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until everything's hot and well combined.
06 - Put your cooked salmon bites in a bowl and pour that warm, creamy garlic sauce all over. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overcrowd the air fryer - cook in batches for best results.
02 - The sauce can be made ahead and rewarmed just before serving.
