Salted Tahini Fudge Squares (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 240 ml tahini
02 - 24 g cacao powder
03 - 56 ml melted coconut oil
04 - 84 g raw honey, adjusted to taste
05 - 5 ml vanilla extract
06 - Coarse sea salt, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 20×13 cm loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
02 - Combine tahini, cacao powder, melted coconut oil, raw honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth. Taste and add additional honey if desired.
03 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, smoothing the surface evenly. Sprinkle coarse sea salt over the top. Place the pan in the freezer for approximately 60 minutes or until the mixture is firm.
04 - Lift the set mixture from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares. Optionally, sprinkle additional coarse sea salt on top before serving.
05 - Store squares in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
