Sausage Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meats & Veggies

01 - 12 ounces Italian sausage
02 - 1/2 cup onion, diced

→ Cheese & Dairy

03 - 8 ounces processed cheese block (like Velveeta)
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese
05 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 1/2 cup milk

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Get a large skillet hot over medium heat and toss in your sausage and onion. Cook until that sausage is nicely browned and your onions are soft and clear.
02 - Drop in your processed cheese and cream cheese. Keep stirring until everything's melted together into creamy goodness.
03 - Pour in the milk and add your dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Keep cooking and stirring until everything's hot and bubbly.
04 - Stir in that shredded cheddar until it's all melty and mixed in perfectly.
05 - Pour your hot dip into a serving bowl and serve it up while it's nice and warm. Grab some tortilla chips or crostini and start dipping!
