Shrimp Crab Spinach Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200g (7 oz) shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped.
02 - 150g (5 oz) crab meat, drained and flaked.
03 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped.
04 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
07 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
13 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
14 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook spinach until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
03 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in cheeses and seasonings.
04 - Mix in spinach, shrimp, and crab until well combined.
05 - Spread in baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly with golden top.

01 - Can add hot sauce for extra spice.
