Southern Fried Apples (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup butter
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, or to taste
04 - 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Gather and measure all ingredients before beginning.
02 - Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sugar and cinnamon, stirring continuously until the sugar completely dissolves.
03 - Add the sliced apples to the skillet and cook until they become tender, approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
