# Ingredients:

→ Meatball Base

01 - 450g ground beef or beef-pork mixture
02 - 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Filling & Cooking

10 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined to maintain tenderness.
02 - Take 1-2 tablespoons of meat mixture and flatten in your palm. Place a mozzarella cube in the center, then carefully wrap the meat around it, ensuring complete seal. Roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches to avoid overcrowding, approximately 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
04 - Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping or over pasta. Optionally garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid overmixing the meat mixture to keep meatballs tender.
02 - Ensure cheese is completely sealed inside each meatball to prevent leakage during cooking.
