# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 package store-bought cinnamon roll dough (or your favorite homemade recipe)

→ Strawberry Cheesecake Filling

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
03 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely diced
04 - 2 tablespoons sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

06 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened
08 - 1 cup powdered sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Get your cinnamon roll dough ready according to package instructions or use your favorite homemade recipe.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, freshly diced strawberries, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll your dough into a nice rectangle shape.
04 - Spread your strawberry cheesecake mixture evenly across the entire surface of the dough, going right to the edges.
05 - Starting from the long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Cut into 1-1½ inch thick slices to make individual rolls.
06 - Place your rolls in a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - While the rolls bake, beat together the softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
08 - As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, spread them with the cream cheese frosting while still warm. Serve right away for the best taste and texture.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon to the strawberry filling
02 - You can use other berries like raspberries or blueberries instead of strawberries
03 - Try drizzling with melted white chocolate for an extra special touch
