# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups rice or corn chex mix cereal
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips

→ Coating

03 - 1 ounce package freeze-dried strawberries
04 - ⅓ cup icing sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Pop those freeze-dried strawberries into your food processor and pulse until you've got a nice fine powder. You want it really well ground so it mixes smoothly.
02 - In a bowl, mix your strawberry powder with the icing sugar until you've got an even, pretty pink mixture. Pour this into a big freezer bag - this is where the magic happens!
03 - Melt your white chocolate chips in the microwave, going 30 seconds at a time and stirring between. You want it smooth and silky, not overheated.
04 - Pour your cereal into a large bowl, then drizzle that melted chocolate all over. Gently fold everything together until each piece is nicely coated.
05 - Add your chocolate-covered cereal to the bag with your strawberry-sugar mix. Seal it up and give it a gentle shake and toss to coat every piece.
06 - Spread your coated mix on a baking sheet and pop it in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set. Once firm, store in an airtight container and munch away!
