Pop those freeze-dried strawberries into your food processor and pulse until you've got a nice fine powder. You want it really well ground so it mixes smoothly.

In a bowl, mix your strawberry powder with the icing sugar until you've got an even, pretty pink mixture. Pour this into a big freezer bag - this is where the magic happens!

Melt your white chocolate chips in the microwave, going 30 seconds at a time and stirring between. You want it smooth and silky, not overheated.

Pour your cereal into a large bowl, then drizzle that melted chocolate all over. Gently fold everything together until each piece is nicely coated.

Add your chocolate-covered cereal to the bag with your strawberry-sugar mix. Seal it up and give it a gentle shake and toss to coat every piece.
