Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Doritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ Base & Garnish

06 - 1 (10 oz) bag large Doritos (Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch flavor)
07 - Fresh chives or extra crumbled bacon for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, chopped green onions, and garlic powder in a medium bowl until everything is well combined and smooth.
02 - Carefully open the side of each Dorito to create a little pocket without breaking the whole chip.
03 - Use a small spoon or piping bag to stuff each Dorito pocket with the cream cheese mixture. Don't overfill or the chips might break.
04 - Arrange the stuffed Doritos on a serving plate and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to let the filling set up a bit. If desired, sprinkle with fresh chives or extra bacon bits before serving.
