Tiger Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 1 cup cilantro, thick stems removed and chopped into 2.5 cm pieces
02 - 1 English cucumber, sliced into thin strips
03 - 1 to 2 Anaheim chilis, thinly sliced (or other long green chilis, adjust for desired heat level)
04 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced on a diagonal

→ Dressing

05 - 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
07 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
08 - 2 teaspoons sugar
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all the salad ingredients (cilantro, cucumber, chilis, and green onions) in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
