02 - 67 grams packed brown sugar
03 - 2.5 grams fine salt
04 - 1 large egg white

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 165°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together the brown sugar and salt.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and vanilla extract until well combined.
04 - Add the walnuts to the egg white mixture and toss until evenly coated.
05 - Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the nuts and toss until all walnuts are thoroughly coated.
06 - Spread the coated walnuts in a single even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
