Tropical Iced Green Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Liquid

01 - 2 cups water
02 - 2 green tea bags or 1 tbsp loose leaf green tea
03 - 1 cup coconut water
04 - 1/2 cup mango juice (fresh or store-bought)

→ Fruits & Garnish

05 - 1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple bits, drained
06 - Ice cubes
07 - Pineapple slices for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Steep the green tea in hot water for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength. Remove tea bags (or strain loose tea) and allow to cool to room temperature. For faster cooling, chill in the refrigerator.
02 - In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, coconut water, mango juice, and pineapple bits. Stir well to blend all flavors together.
03 - Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tropical tea mixture over the ice. Stir gently to ensure the fruit pieces are evenly distributed.
04 - Garnish each glass with a slice of pineapple before serving.

# Notes:

01 - This refreshing beverage combines the antioxidant benefits of green tea with tropical fruit flavors for a perfect summer drink.
02 - For a sweeter version, add a touch of honey or agave nectar while the tea is still warm.
