01 - 74 grams tuna, drained (jalapeno flavor recommended for added taste)
02 - 60 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
03 - 1 large egg
04 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a mini waffle maker to ensure it reaches optimal cooking temperature.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk the egg until fully combined. Add drained tuna, grated mozzarella, and salt. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly blended.
03 - For a crispier result, sprinkle one teaspoon of cheese onto the hot waffle maker and let it melt for 30 seconds before adding the tuna batter.
04 - Spoon half of the tuna mixture onto the preheated waffle maker and gently close the lid. Cook for a minimum of 4 minutes or until golden and set. Carefully remove from the waffle maker.
05 - Repeat the process with the remaining batter, cooking for another 4 minutes until golden and crispy. Allow to cool slightly, then serve hot.
