Tuna Sesame Rice Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups cooked sushi rice
02 - 150 grams canned tuna, drained
03 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
04 - 2–3 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie style)
05 - 1 to 1.5 cups roasted seaweed, torn into small pieces

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the sushi rice, sesame oil, Japanese mayonnaise, drained tuna, and torn roasted seaweed.
02 - Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform in texture. If needed, add more mayonnaise for extra creaminess and cohesion.
03 - Press the mixture into a flat layer in the bowl. Use a spatula to segment it into 8 triangular portions resembling pizza slices. Alternatively, estimate equal portions by eye.
04 - With clean hands or gloves, scoop up each portion and gently shape it into a compact ball, ensuring each ball is tightly packed to maintain its structure.
05 - Present the rice balls at once for optimal texture and freshness. Serve unaccompanied or with preferred garnishes.

# Notes:

01 - Wet hands lightly with water to prevent rice from sticking while forming balls.
