Vanilla Bean Frappuccino No Ice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk
02 - 1 cup ice
03 - 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
04 - ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
05 - ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
06 - Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy. This can take anywhere from 60 seconds to 3 minutes depending on how strong your blender is. Taste the frappuccino and add extra sugar if you prefer your drink on the sweeter side, blend again.
02 - Top the vanilla bean frappuccino with whipped cream and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - This recipe makes a single serving but you can easily double or triple it!
02 - Add ½-1 tablespoon more sugar if you want it sweeter after tasting.
