Cut the watermelon in half, then slice into round discs approximately 1.25 cm thick.

Cut each disc across the middle to create two semi-circular halves. Using a crinkle cutter, slice watermelon fries from one end of each half to the other. Discard excess rind.

Combine vanilla yogurt, strawberries, and honey in a blender. Blend on low speed until smooth. Adjust honey to preferred sweetness.

Arrange watermelon fries on a platter and serve with the strawberry yogurt dip.
