Watermelon Lemonade Kiwi Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
02 - 2 cans frozen lemonade concentrate
03 - 4 cups cold water

→ Optional Additions

04 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
05 - 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Combine watermelon cubes in a blender, cover, and process until completely smooth.
02 - In a large pitcher, combine frozen lemonade concentrate and cold water. Stir thoroughly to dissolve completely.
03 - Pour blended watermelon into the pitcher with the prepared lemonade. Mix well until evenly combined. Refrigerate until chilled.
04 - For the optional topping, add sliced kiwi and sugar to a clean blender. Cover and process on medium speed until smooth. Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 1–2 hours, until semi-firm.
05 - When ready to serve, fill glasses with chilled watermelon lemonade. Top each glass with a spoonful of frozen kiwi mixture if desired. Serve immediately.
