Combine watermelon cubes in a blender, cover, and process until completely smooth.

In a large pitcher, combine frozen lemonade concentrate and cold water. Stir thoroughly to dissolve completely.

Pour blended watermelon into the pitcher with the prepared lemonade. Mix well until evenly combined. Refrigerate until chilled.

For the optional topping, add sliced kiwi and sugar to a clean blender. Cover and process on medium speed until smooth. Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 1–2 hours, until semi-firm.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with chilled watermelon lemonade. Top each glass with a spoonful of frozen kiwi mixture if desired. Serve immediately.
