Zero Carb Yogurt Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 180 g almond flour
02 - 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 0.25 teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 120 g full-fat Greek yogurt, unsweetened
06 - 60 ml melted butter or melted coconut oil
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly blended.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the Greek yogurt, melted butter or coconut oil, and vanilla extract if using. Whisk until smooth and thoroughly combined.
04 - Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until a smooth, cohesive batter forms.
05 - Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading evenly with a spatula.
06 - Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean.
07 - Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
