Air Fryer Cinnamon Twists (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 160 g all-purpose flour
02 - 6 g baking powder
03 - 1 g salt
04 - 25 g granulated sugar or preferred sweetener
05 - 180 g plain Greek yogurt
06 - 13 g vanilla extract

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

07 - 42 g unsalted butter, melted
08 - 50 g granulated sugar
09 - 6 g ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined. Stir in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms. Use your hands if necessary to incorporate all ingredients.
02 - Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead gently for a few minutes until smooth, being careful not to overwork it.
03 - Divide the dough into 8 to 10 equal portions. Roll each piece into a rope approximately 30 cm in length.
04 - Combine melted butter, sugar, and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Mix until evenly blended.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Lightly spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
06 - In batches, arrange the dough twists in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
07 - While warm, brush each twist with melted butter, then immediately coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture for an even finish.
08 - Serve the cinnamon twists warm as is, or pair with a dipping sauce such as cream cheese frosting or icing.
