03 - 60 ml milk
04 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 40 g brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until smooth and well combined.
02 - Add the bread cubes to the bowl and gently fold until all pieces are evenly coated with the custard, ensuring no dry areas remain.
03 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with non-stick spray. Arrange the coated bread cubes in a single layer, avoiding any overlap.
04 - Set the air fryer to 175°C. Cook the bread cubes for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
05 - Transfer to a serving plate and accompany with preferred toppings, such as fresh berries or maple syrup.
