In a small bowl, combine the avocado flesh with ground pepper and garlic powder. Gently mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.

Heat a small nonstick pan with cooking spray or a touch of olive oil. Crack the egg into the hot pan and cook undisturbed until whites are set and edges are crispy, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Spread the avocado mixture onto the cooled toast, then top with the fried egg. If desired, garnish with Sriracha and sliced scallions.
