Beef and Broccoli Ramen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce.
02 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
03 - 1/3 cup beef broth.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
06 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
07 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger.
10 - 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
11 - 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles.
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided.
13 - 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced.
14 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
15 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
16 - 3 cups fresh broccoli florets.
17 - Sesame seeds for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk soy sauce with cornstarch until smooth. Add beef broth, honey, hoisin, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes.
02 - Boil ramen 2-3 minutes until tender. Rinse with cold water and toss with sesame oil.
03 - Heat oil, cook seasoned beef strips 3 minutes without moving, then stir and cook 2 more minutes. Remove from pan.
04 - Add oil and broccoli to pan. Add water, cover and steam for 2 minutes until tender-crisp.
05 - Return beef to pan with noodles. Add sauce and toss until heated through and well coated.
06 - Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Discard ramen seasoning packets.
02 - Slice beef against the grain.
03 - Best served immediately.
