# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 680 grams)
02 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 1 cup (100 grams) grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons (30 millilitres) extra virgin olive oil
05 - 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set the griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle olive oil evenly across the surface.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs.
03 - Position chicken on the heated griddle. Cook each side for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and fully cooked, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
04 - Reduce heat slightly. Add minced garlic around the chicken breasts and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
05 - Generously scatter grated Parmesan over the chicken. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and heat for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
06 - Remove chicken from griddle and allow to rest for several minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
