Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla (Print Version)

01 - 1 large light tortilla or Flatout wrap
02 - 2 wedges cinnamon cream The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Spread
03 - 120 grams frozen blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Set a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and allow to warm fully.
02 - Spread the cinnamon cream cheese evenly over half the tortilla or Flatout wrap, then distribute the frozen blueberries in an even layer on top of the cheese.
03 - Lightly coat the heated skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
04 - Fold the flatbread or tortilla in half to enclose the filling, then place in the skillet. Grill for approximately 2 minutes per side until the exterior is crisp and the blueberries have softened.
05 - Transfer the quesadilla to a cutting board, slice as desired, and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For additional flavour, sprinkle a touch of ground cinnamon over the blueberries before grilling.
