Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Whisk Greek yogurt and eggs together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour, ground flaxseed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until incorporated. Fold in chopped spinach, diced chives, 80 g cheddar cheese, and diced ham until evenly distributed.

With floured hands, divide dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a 2.5 cm thick round disk. Arrange on prepared tray and sprinkle remaining cheddar over each portion.

Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes. Without opening the oven, reduce temperature to 175°C and continue baking for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
