Breakfast Protein Biscuits Ham (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 420 ml plain 2% Greek yogurt
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 310 g all-purpose flour
04 - 30 g ground flaxseed

→ Seasonings

05 - 5 g garlic powder
06 - 1 g red pepper flakes
07 - 12 g baking powder
08 - 10 g salt

→ Mix-ins

09 - 45 g spinach, chopped
10 - 25 g chives, finely diced
11 - 120 g cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
12 - 200 g cooked ham, diced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk Greek yogurt and eggs together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour, ground flaxseed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, baking powder, and salt.
03 - Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until incorporated. Fold in chopped spinach, diced chives, 80 g cheddar cheese, and diced ham until evenly distributed.
04 - With floured hands, divide dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a 2.5 cm thick round disk. Arrange on prepared tray and sprinkle remaining cheddar over each portion.
05 - Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes. Without opening the oven, reduce temperature to 175°C and continue baking for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
