Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp onion powder.
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
07 - 16 oz can refrigerated biscuit dough.
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
09 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown ground beef and drain excess grease. Add seasonings, cream cheese, and cheddar until combined.
03 - Separate and flatten biscuits into circles.
04 - Add beef mixture to center of each biscuit. Fold over and seal edges completely.
05 - Mix melted butter with Parmesan and brush on tops.
06 - Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can be frozen unbaked for up to 3 months.
02 - Can use different ground meats.
03 - Stores in fridge up to 3 days.
