04 - 60 grams granulated sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Topping

07 - 60 grams graham cracker crumbs
08 - 28 grams butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Wash and core the apples, leaving the base intact to form a cavity for filling.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
04 - Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each hollowed apple, pressing gently to ensure the filling is compact.
05 - In a separate bowl, blend graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and remaining cinnamon.
06 - Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the filled apples, gently pressing to adhere.
07 - Place the filled apples in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice to enhance flavour and prevent discoloration.
08 - Bake for 25–30 minutes until the apples are tender and the filling is set.
09 - Allow the apples to cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Using tart apples enhances contrast with the creamy filling.
02 - Ensure apples remain intact at the base to contain the filling during baking.
