Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Rollups

01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite melty cheese)
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ For the Garlic Butter

04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ For Garnish (Optional)

08 - Chopped fresh parsley
09 - Extra Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F. While you're waiting, line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the rolls don't stick.
02 - Pop open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Separate it into the 8 triangles that are already pre-cut in the dough.
03 - Sprinkle each triangle with a generous spoonful of shredded mozzarella and a pinch of Parmesan. Don't be shy with the cheese - it's the best part!
04 - Starting from the wide end of each triangle, roll the dough toward the pointy tip, tucking in any cheese that tries to escape. Place them seam-side down on your baking sheet so they don't unravel.
05 - In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined. This is the magic that makes these rolls irresistible.
06 - Use a pastry brush to slather each rollup with the garlic butter mixture. Save a little bit for later if you want them extra buttery.
07 - Pop the tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. You'll know they're done when they're puffed up, golden brown on top, and you can see some cheese bubbling out.
08 - As soon as they come out of the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if you like. Serve them while they're hot and the cheese is all stretchy and melty.

# Notes:

01 - For a heartier version, tuck a small slice of pepperoni or ham inside each rollup before baking.
02 - These reheat really well - just pop them in a 350°F oven for about 5 minutes to crisp them back up.
03 - Try serving with a side of warm marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
