Chili Lime Cashews Toast (Print Version)

01 - 300 g raw cashews
02 - 10 ml avocado oil or neutral oil of choice
03 - 30 ml fresh lime juice
04 - 5 g paprika
05 - 5 g chili powder
06 - 1 g cayenne pepper
07 - 3 g salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cashews with oil, lime juice, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir until all nuts are evenly coated.
03 - Spread seasoned cashews evenly on the prepared tray in a single layer.
04 - Bake for 10–15 minutes, flipping cashews halfway through. Remove from the oven once golden and aromatic.
05 - Allow cashews to cool completely at room temperature before serving.

01 - Monitor closely during baking to prevent over-browning. Adjust cayenne to preferred spice level.
