Creamy Spinach Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breasts, cut in half crosswise.
02 - 8 oz fresh spinach.
03 - 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded.
04 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
06 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 500°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic salt.
03 - Pack baking dish with spinach, top with uncooked chicken breasts, spread with creamy sauce mixture.
04 - Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake on bottom rack for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked and spinach shrinks.

01 - Use baking dish safe for 500°F.
02 - Serve over rice or pasta.
