Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes

→ Coating

02 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
04 - 2 eggs, beaten
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Bang Bang Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
07 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
09 - 1 teaspoon honey

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). You can also heat oil for frying if preferred.
02 - Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
03 - First coat salmon pieces in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
04 - Place the coated salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
05 - While salmon cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
06 - Toss the hot crispy salmon bites in the bang bang sauce and serve right away.
