09 - Olive oil cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Get your wings ready by patting them dry with paper towels. Pop them in a big bowl or zip-top bag - whatever's easier for you.
02 - Toss in the flour and all those amazing spices. Make sure every bit of chicken is coated - nobody likes bland spots! If you need more seasoning, go for it.
03 - Heat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread out those wings, and give them a good spritz with olive oil spray.
04 - Pop them in the oven for 20 minutes. Then flip 'em over, give another quick spray of oil, and let them go for another 10 minutes until they're perfectly crispy. Make sure they hit 165°F inside - that's your safety sweet spot!

# Notes:

01 - Swap regular paprika for smoked if you need to, but trust me - smoked paprika takes these wings to a whole new level of delicious
02 - Want to kick up the heat? Add 1-1½ teaspoons of Sriracha, cayenne, or Cajun seasoning
03 - You can use baking powder instead of flour (1-2 tablespoons) or skip it entirely for naked wings
