Easter Egg Fruit Pizzas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package sugar cookie dough mix (or your favorite recipe)

02 - 8 ounces brick cream cheese, softened
03 - 6 tablespoons butter, softened
04 - 2 cups confectioner's sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt

07 - Assorted berries and fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwis, mandarin oranges)

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare sugar cookie dough according to package or recipe directions.
02 - Roll dough to about ΒΌ inch thick and cut out egg shaped cookies.
03 - Bake according to package or recipe directions until edges are lightly golden.
04 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
05 - Place the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
06 - Add vanilla, a pinch of salt, and then gradually incorporate powdered sugar, mixing after each addition until smooth and fully combined.
07 - Chop berries and fruit into small, decorative pieces.
08 - Spread a thick layer of frosting on each cooled cookie.
09 - Arrange chopped fruit and berries on top of the frosting in decorative patterns.
10 - Serve immediately for best taste and presentation.
