Easy Chocolate Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cooking spray.
02 - 2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 2 (12 oz) bags semisweet chocolate chips (4 cups).
04 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 8-inch square pan with parchment, leaving 2-inch overhang. Coat with cooking spray.
02 - Pour chocolate mixture into pan and smooth top with offset spatula.
03 - Refrigerate uncovered until firm, 2-12 hours.
04 - Remove using parchment handles and cut into 64 1-inch squares.
