# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake Filling

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Batter Mix

04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
06 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 cup milk
09 - 1 egg

→ For Frying and Coating

10 - Vegetable oil for frying
11 - Cinnamon sugar for coating (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and mix your softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until it's super smooth and creamy.
02 - In another bowl, mix your dry ingredients - flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Then slowly pour in the milk and egg, whisking until you've got a nice smooth batter.
03 - Scoop out little portions of your cream cheese mixture and roll them into balls. Pop them on a tray and stick them in the freezer for an hour - this helps them keep their shape later.
04 - Heat up your oil to 350°F. Take those frozen cream cheese balls and dip them in your batter until they're completely covered. Carefully drop them in the hot oil and fry until they're golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
05 - While they're still warm, roll these little beauties in cinnamon sugar if you're feeling fancy!

# Notes:

01 - Keep the cream cheese balls frozen until right before frying
02 - Try different toppings like powdered sugar or fruit sauce
03 - Can be baked instead of fried for a lighter version
