Frozen Yogurt Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Bites

01 - 1 cup thick Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
02 - 3 tablespoons cashew butter or almond butter
03 - 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
04 - 3 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 generous pinch of sea salt
07 - Handful of cacao nibs (optional)

→ Chocolate Coating

08 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
09 - 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, optional protein powder, sea salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth, thick, and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
02 - Divide the yogurt mixture among your molds, filling each crevice about 2/3 full.
03 - In a small bowl, combine the coconut oil and chocolate. Melt using either the double-boiler method or microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
04 - Pour a small amount of melted chocolate on top of each yogurt-filled mold, filling the remaining 1/3 of each crevice.
05 - Freeze the bites for 3-4 hours before removing from the molds. Allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving for the creamiest texture.

# Notes:

01 - Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.
02 - Thick yogurt is essential for proper texture and freezing.
03 - Consider alternative mix-ins instead of cacao nibs according to preference.
