Garbage Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 pound chopped bacon.
02 - 1 cup chopped onion.
03 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
04 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning.
05 - 12 ounces Velveeta, cubed.
06 - 1 (13.8 ounce) thin crust pizza dough.
07 - 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar jack cheese.
08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
09 - 2 tablespoons ketchup.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cook bacon until crisp in large skillet over medium-low heat. Remove and set aside, drain most grease.
03 - Cook onions and beef in same skillet until meat is done and onions are soft. Drain excess liquid. Add bacon, steak seasoning, and Velveeta, stirring until cheese melts.
04 - Roll pizza dough into 15x10 rectangle. Spread meat mixture evenly, leaving 1-inch border. Top with grated cheese. Roll up lengthwise and seal edges.
05 - Bake seam side down for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5-10 minutes before slicing.
06 - Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Serve with sliced bread.
