Cook bacon until crisp in large skillet over medium-low heat. Remove and set aside, drain most grease.

Cook onions and beef in same skillet until meat is done and onions are soft. Drain excess liquid. Add bacon, steak seasoning, and Velveeta, stirring until cheese melts.

Roll pizza dough into 15x10 rectangle. Spread meat mixture evenly, leaving 1-inch border. Top with grated cheese. Roll up lengthwise and seal edges.
