# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 1 bag leafy greens, washed and dried
02 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
04 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Dressing

05 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
06 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
07 - 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
08 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add the leafy greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. Gently toss to mix.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is well emulsified.
03 - Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad just before serving, tossing lightly to ensure even coating and preserve the greens’ crisp texture.

# Notes:

01 - To keep the salad vibrant, combine the dressing and greens only immediately before serving to prevent wilting.
