Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bomb Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 cup shredded or cubed cheddar cheese
03 - 1 package dinner roll or biscuit dough (12 pieces)
04 - Salt and pepper to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

→ Garlic Parmesan Topping

07 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder if desired. Let cool slightly.
03 - Flatten each piece of dough into a round disk. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a piece of cheese in the center of the dough.
04 - Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely. Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter over each dough ball and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed.
07 - Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

01 - Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 1 month. Reheat in a 350°F oven
