Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder if desired. Let cool slightly.

Flatten each piece of dough into a round disk. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a piece of cheese in the center of the dough.

Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely. Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter over each dough ball and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
