Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf (Print Version)

01 - 450 g lean ground chicken
02 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 50 g grated parmesan cheese
04 - 50 g plain breadcrumbs
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Topping

09 - 60 ml ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add ground chicken, minced garlic, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
03 - Form the mixture into an even loaf shape in the prepared baking dish. Spread the ketchup evenly over the top.
04 - Bake in the oven for 45–50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
05 - Allow the meatloaf to rest for five minutes before slicing and serving.
