In a large mixing bowl, add ground chicken, minced garlic, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the mixture into an even loaf shape in the prepared baking dish. Spread the ketchup evenly over the top.

Bake in the oven for 45–50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
