Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds baby Yukon Gold or red potatoes.
02 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted.
03 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
07 - ½ teaspoon salt.
08 - ½ teaspoon pepper.
09 - Additional Parmesan cheese for serving.
10 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Spray inside of slow cooker crock lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Place potatoes in the slow cooker.
03 - Whisk together butter, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Pour sauce mixture over potatoes and gently mix to coat all potatoes.
05 - Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours until potatoes are tender.
06 - Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Can use regular potatoes cut into chunks instead of baby potatoes.
02 - Perfect side dish for any meal.
