# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cod fillets (6 oz each).
02 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
03 - 2 tablespoons honey.
04 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated.
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
07 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
08 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced.
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
10 - Fresh cilantro, chopped.
11 - Lime wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
03 - Place cod on baking sheet and brush evenly with glaze.
04 - Bake 12-15 minutes until cod flakes easily with fork.
05 - Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
