Granola Yogurt Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Granola Base

01 - 1 ½ cups rolled oats
02 - ½ cup peanut butter
03 - ⅓ cup maple syrup
04 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
05 - ½ tsp cinnamon
06 - pinch of salt

→ Toppings

07 - yogurt of choice
08 - fresh fruit
09 - chia seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and grease 6 cavities of a muffin pan with coconut oil.
02 - Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
03 - Divide the mixture equally among the greased muffin cavities, then create a well in the center of each cup using your fingers or the back of a tablespoon.
04 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown. Allow to cool in the muffin pan for 5 minutes before carefully removing with a knife. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
05 - Fill each cooled granola cup with yogurt, then garnish with fresh fruit, chia seeds and any additional desired toppings.

# Notes:

01 - These granola cups can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
02 - For a firmer cup that holds more yogurt, allow them to cool completely before filling.
