Greek Inspired Bread Dipping Oil (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Herbs and Aromatics

01 - 80 ml extra virgin olive oil
02 - 20 g fresh oregano, finely chopped
03 - 10 g fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
04 - 10 g fresh thyme leaves
05 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
06 - Zest and juice of 1 lemon

→ Dairy and Cheese

07 - 70 g feta cheese, crumbled

→ Additions

08 - 75 g mixed olives (green and Kalamata), chopped
09 - 15 ml honey
10 - Salt, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Place olive oil, oregano, mint, thyme, feta, garlic, olives, lemon zest and juice, and honey in a bowl or deep serving plate.
02 - Stir the mixture gently to fully combine the herbs, cheese, olives, and aromatics with the oil.
03 - Taste and adjust with salt if needed. Serve immediately with fresh bread.

# Notes:

01 - For deeper flavor, allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
