Tirokafteri Greek Spicy Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200g block feta cheese
02 - 140g jarred roasted red peppers, drained, or freshly roasted red bell peppers
03 - 1–2 red chili peppers
04 - 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
06 - 1 garlic clove

→ Garnish (optional)

07 - Feta cheese
08 - Fresh parsley
09 - Red pepper flakes
10 - Extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Place feta cheese, roasted red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic clove, and 1 chili pepper into a small food processor.
02 - Blend mixture until smooth and creamy, adjusting consistency as preferred.
03 - Taste and adjust seasoning or spice by adding more chili if desired.
04 - Transfer dip to a serving dish. Garnish with crumbled feta cheese, fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

# Notes:

01 - Start with one chili pepper and increase to two for extra heat. Freshly roasting bell peppers enhances aroma and flavor.
