Hot Sausage Feta Honey Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
02 - 225 grams hot Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
03 - 120 grams crumbled feta cheese
04 - 170 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 60 millilitres tomato sauce or pizza sauce
06 - 60 millilitres honey
07 - 15 millilitres olive oil
08 - 2.5 millilitres red pepper flakes, optional
09 - 2.5 millilitres Italian seasoning, optional
10 - Fresh arugula or spinach, optional for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 230°C. Place a pizza stone inside if using.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to the desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
03 - Brush dough with olive oil and pre-bake for 5 minutes, until slightly firm but not fully cooked.
04 - Spread tomato sauce evenly onto the pre-baked crust. Distribute shredded mozzarella uniformly over the sauce.
05 - Scatter the cooked sausage evenly across the pizza, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
06 - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and browned to preference.
07 - Remove pizza from the oven and allow to cool for 1 minute. Drizzle honey evenly over the surface.
08 - Top with fresh arugula or spinach if desired. Slice and serve hot.
