Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided.
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 1 cup bread crumbs.
05 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 1/4 cup milk.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease baking dish with olive oil.
02 - Mix bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Beat eggs with milk in second dish. Put flour in third dish.
03 - Dredge chicken in flour, then egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture.
04 - Cook chicken in olive oil 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
05 - Transfer to baking dish. Mix remaining Parmesan with mozzarella and garlic, sprinkle over chicken. Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

01 - Double dip for extra crispy coating.
02 - Best served immediately.
03 - Pairs well with garlic mashed potatoes.
