Mango Jalapeno Jam Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups fresh mango, peeled and diced (use extra ripe, super soft mango for best results)
02 - 2 to 3 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped (adjust according to desired spiciness)

03 - 2 cups granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a large saucepan, add diced mango, chopped jalapeño peppers, and granulated sugar.
02 - Set saucepan over medium-high heat and stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
03 - Increase heat slightly and cook, stirring every few minutes and mashing mango pieces with the back of a spoon. Continue until the mixture reaches 104°C (220°F) and thickens, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
04 - Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring jam to sterilized jars for storage.
