In a large saucepan, add diced mango, chopped jalapeño peppers, and granulated sugar.

Set saucepan over medium-high heat and stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.

Increase heat slightly and cook, stirring every few minutes and mashing mango pieces with the back of a spoon. Continue until the mixture reaches 104°C (220°F) and thickens, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring jam to sterilized jars for storage.
